Where’s Immigration?

After all the flap in the General Assembly this year the immigration issue didn’t turn up among top issues in the WISH-TV Indiana poll last week.
The war, the economy, and health care did. They are all the candidates seem to talk about whether the race is Congress, President, or the legislature.
Could it be that politicians need the Hispanic vote? Might the issue come back strong after Election day?
