Thank You Letter
We’ve gone almost two days, now, without an e-mail from the Hillary Clinton campaign. That’s quite a change from the e-mail flood in the days before yesterday’s primary. It seemed like her staff had the e-mail addresses of everyone on our staff and they weren’t afraid to use them. About the only thing they didn’t tell us was whether Senator Clinton drank Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi at lunch.
The Obama campaign sent us e-mails, too, of course. But not as steadily. And, while I haven’t heard from the Clinton campaign since Monday, the Obama team e-mailed a “thank you” letter today. Sure, it was a form letter — with a version of his campaign message. But, it also carried a request. The Obama campaign invited his Hoosier supporters to head south. He’d like them to help the campaign in Kentucky. The primary there is on May 20th
