Make no mistake; his affair is not forgotten nor is the fact that he did so while wife Elizabeth was sick with cancer. However, his advocacy on behalf of the poor in this country is a separate, heartfelt matter and should not be ignored because of his affair. This is a man with talent and honest empathy for working men and women. My question is: what happened to Tim Roemer? I thought he was in line for head of Homeland Security or another cabinet position?
