ARCTIC AIR ARRIVES! A Wind Advisory is in effect until 7:00pm for all of central Indiana.  In addition, temperatures will drop into the single digits through the day.

The weather will stay rough through the entire day.  The good news is that other thanb a flurry or two, it should be a dry day.

TONIGHT: Winds will actually prevent lows from dropping below zero.  It will still be plenty cold, with lows in the low single digits.

MONDAY: Cold air will linger, but winds will lighten up a bit.  Highs will only hit the upper teens to around 20.
