Winter Weather Advisory 4am through 1pm Tuesday.

A developing weather system will arrive overnight.  As the moisture spreads north, it will collide with cold air.  This combination will lead to light snow and freezing rain chances by daybreak.

The heaviest precipitation will stay to our south, but even a light wintry mix can cause slick roads.  Watch Daybreak at 5am on WISH-TV and another hour of local news at 7am on MyINDY-TV.  Snow showers will linger into Wednesday.  In those areas where it stays all snow, an inch or two is possible.  Colder air arrives on Wednesday, with highs only in the upper 20s and lower 30s.

There is another chance for snow late Friday.
