Here Comes Another Winter Mess!
An area of low pressure will produce a wintry mix across central Indiana beginning late tonight. Snow, sleet and freezing rain will develop late changing to all snow early Saturday morning. The heaviest band of snow should be north of I-70. The long range maps are still showing bitter cold air for next Thursday and Friday. A clipper may produce some accumulating snow late Tuesday and Wednesday before pulling down the colder air from Canada.

Any idea how much snow Indianapolis has seen so far this season? I’m in Grand Rapids, Mich. and our meteorologist Bill Steffen says we’ve already reached our seasonal average of 72.5 inches. Winter’s not even half over!
