On the eve of Barack Obama’s swearing-in ceremony some questions beg to be asked.

-Why no big name appointment so far for an Indiana Democrat (any Indiana Democrat) as a reward for winning Indiana?  (Don’t tell me that law professor from Bloomington qualifies.)

-Specifically, where’s Tim Roemer’s job?

-Is it too late for him?

-Congressman Mike Pence wants everyone to know that he’s going to the Inaugural but what will other Republicans do tomorrow? 

-How low will attendance be in the General Assembly on Tuesday?

-Will Obama make a speech that stand the test of time?

-Will it include a memorable quote?

-Will Joe Biden make a gaffe?

-Will the Culver Black Horse Troop make it on television?

-Will the Bush folks trash the White House?

-What will late night comedians do for humor now?
