ISP Update: Sellersburg District

Current road conditions within the Sellersburg District of the Indiana State Police, which includes, Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Scott, and Washington Counties, are as follows:

  • I-65 from 1 to 16 mile marker, both lanes have been cleared of snow but the road is still wet and slick in some spots.
  • I-65 from 16 to 36 mile marker, right lane wet and slushy, left lane is snow covered and slick.
  • I-64 in Floyd County, both lanes are wet and slushy with slick spots.
  • I-64 in Harrison County, right lane wet and slushy, left lane is snow covered and slick.
  • State and U.S. Highways in Clark and Floyd Counties are wet with a few slick spots.
  • State and U.S. Highways in Harrison, Scott, and Washington Counties are snow covered with slick spots.
  • Secondary roads, (county roads), in Clark and Floyd Counties are mostly wet and slushy with some roads in the northern parts of the counties still snow covered   with slick spots.
  • Secondary roads, (county roads), in Harrison, Scott, and Washington Counties are snow covered with slick spots.

Conditions on the roadways have improved dramatically over the last two hours with road closures coming only due to fallen trees.
