Forecast 8 just took a call from Putnam county reporting pea size hail and a wind gust of 47 mph.  A wind gust of 46 mph was reported by a television station in Terre Haute.  There will be scattered showers and thunderstorms this evening, as the center of the weather system arrives.

A high wind warning is in effect and flooding continues to be an issue due to rain totals over 2 inches.

Colder air will wrap into the system and temperatures will fall tonight.  A few flurries are possible early Thursday.

Thursday will be a cooler day and breezy too.  Forecast highs are in the 40s and some sunshine is expected Thursday afternoon.
