Mean, petty, a skirt-chaser, and more than likely corrupt, he has been an embarrassment for years, to quote Newt Gingerich as far back as 1998. Personally, I would prefer a Democrat in what historically used to be a pretty blue-collar district when it included Kokomo, Marion, and Anderson at the height of their auto-making heydays. But I will accept a moderate, intelligent, and non-doctrinaire Republican, if available. I am pleased to see that the Republican party is waking up to the disaster that is Dan Burton.
