This past week I’ve traveled this great state to interview some pretty amazing athletes.  I logged (along with my photographers Joe and Marcos) a lot of miles, didn’t have a day off, and worked long hours BUT it was totally worth it(okay, I did complain, probably more than I should have).

There were four athletes and each had their own amazing, story of overcoming and persevering. I am humbled by their stories and feel there is no way I can do them justice. It is these stories that made me want to be a sports reporter.

These  athletes are winners of the Dr. Thomas Brady Comeback Award (Methodist Sports Medicine hands them out). The event is this Tuesday night and you can catch the stories on our website.
