Typical May Pattern

Highs in the 70s and lows in the 70s describes a typical May weather pattern, as the average high is near 70 degrees for early May.  This is the forecast for the next 5-7 days.  Partly cloudy skies are in the overnight forecast, with lows near 50 degrees.

A mix of sun and clouds is expected for Tuesday, as temperatures will be in the lower 70s.

A developing weather system will need to be watched for the middle part of the week.  Right now there is a chance for showers and storms late in the day Wednesday.  With the latest analysis with Forecast 8 Futurecast, most of the steady rain stays west through late afternoon and early evening.  Stay tuned for updates.

Forecast highs are in the lower and middle 70s through the middle part of the week too.

There is a chance for morning showers on Thursday and a pop-up thundershower on Friday, but right now Forecast 8 is not forecasting all day rain.
