Brose McVey scheduled a Statehouse news conference tomorrow to call for a Pre-Primary contest to winnow the field in the 5th Congressional District. McVey is one of 4 Republicans taking on incumbent GOP Congressman Dan Burton.
McVey says he will reveal the details tomorrow, but, do you propose a runoff if you are in a position of strength?

Maybe he’ll have the names of 3 or 4 people who don’t endorse the idea of a runoff, but might recommend it to constituents who would like to see a runoff.
These last two items (from McVey and Murphy) have in my mind seriously cast doubt on their two candidacies – what are they smoking?
