Latest NOAA July Outlook

Today, NOAA issued their temperature and precipitation outlook for July. Randy showed you these on Daybreak this morning, but I wanted to post them here, for you to look at in more detail.
Basically they are calling for near-normal precipiatation, and perhaps slightly normal temperatures.
