Since the weekend, we have been talking about this upper level low that brought rain and flooding to parts of Texas.  Rain from the system has spread up to the Ohio River.  However a cold front is approaching from the north, and drier air is coming with it.  Right now, it looks like drier air will win out.

What you will see in the meantime is high-level cirrus clouds, and warm air for this afternoon.
