Scattered AM Rain

THIS MORNING: Forecast 8 VIPIR shows a batch of rain moving quickly into the state.  This is part of a weakening upper-level disturbance, but what it means for you is to have the rain coat and umbrella for this morning.

REST OF TODAY: The upper-level disturbance will fall apart over us by afternoon, so for now, I think rain chances will go away, but it will be something to monitor as we head through the afternoon.

TONIGHT: Skies will stay partly cloudy overnight and lows will only dip into the lower 40’s.

TUESDAY: Should be a nicer day, with a little more sun mixed in with the clouds.  Temperatures will be slightly warmer, but still way below normal.
