Warming – Up and Rain Chances

Skies will become partly on Thursday and temperatures will warm into the upper 60s and lower 70s.

The next storm system will arrive on Friday, bringing rain chances back to the area on Friday. The  heavy rain will fall across Illinois between now and Friday afternoon.  Rainfall potential is 1-3 inches.

Forecast highs are still mild and in the 60s.  The threat for heavy rain is in the Friday night Forecast.

The rain chances will linger into the weekend.  Stay tuned for updates on the Halloween forecast for Saturday.  One other reminder for this weekend…turn the clocks back one hour when you go to bed Saturday night.  Daylight Saving Time ends this weekend.
