It is still rainy across most of the area, but the steadiest rain is moving across eastern Indiana now.  This is a sign that the cold front is moving out.  The rain will continue for the next few hours, but the intensity will be diminishing.  Winds will be WSW 15-25 mph, with higher gusts.  Here is the trick-or-treat forecast.
