Rain is quickly moving out on Forecast 8 VIPIR.  In fact skies are sunny in western Indiana!

Elsewhere, Tropical Depression #11 has formed in the SW Caribbean Sea off the coast of Nicaragua.  The system will slowly track north and stay weak for the next several days.  Here is an image from the National Hurricane Center
