Skies will be partly cloudy today and tonight.  Lows will be in the range of 10-15 degrees tonight.  Monday will start with partly cloudy skies and end with snow.  A winter storm watch is in effect from late Monday through late Tuesday.

The snow will arrive late Monday evening and continue through Wednesday morning.  The heaviest snow will fall on Tuesday.
