Democrat André Carson is cruising toward re-election. Republican Marvin Scott has staff and fundraising problems and little hope of pulling out the 7th District Congressional race.
The WISH-TV Indiana 2010 Election poll shows Carson with 50 percent of the vote if the election took place now. Republican Marvin Scott has just 33 percent and Libertarian Dav Wilson is at 6 percent.
