New today closures and parking…..The south spoke of Monument Circle is closed.  Capitol extends its closure all the way down to McCarty St. All parking meters south of Michigan St will be closed to allow for more vehicle traffic. You can use meters at regular cost north of Michigan St.  Circle Center mall parking garages will begin charging a flat fee of $20 per first 8 hours in their garages today.  That fee goes up to $40. for anything over 8 hours.  See our Super Bowl link and click traffic for more detailed information.
