Tracking Monday Morning Rain, More WindApril 15th, 2012 at 5:15 pm by Pamela Gardner under Colts Forecast, Weather
Forecast 8 Vipir shows a line of storms and showers along a cold front out west. This system will continue to the east and will arrive in Indiana after midnight tonight. No severe storms are expected for us. The rain will move through Indianapolis at 7am, then will exit the state in the afternoon. Clearing skies return Monday afternoon.
Windy conditions are still in the forecast through Monday night due to the cold front passage. A Wind Advisory remains in effect for most of central Indiana through 6pm Monday. Winds could gust up to 45 mph.
Temperatures are nearing 80 degrees right now. Overnight lows will stay warm in the upper 50s and lower 60s. After the cold front moves through tomorrow morning, highs on Monday will be cooler in the upper 60s and lower 70s.
