Mini Marathon Weather Alert

Organizers of the Mini Marathon are alerting runners, walkers and volunteers about heat and humidity forecast for the race this Saturday. Temperatures will be in the upper 60s at 7:30 and in the middle 70s by 10am. As the activities come to an end, temperatures will near 80 degrees by early afternoon. Stay hydrated and take it slow if you need to and stay with Forecast 8 as we will keep you updated.
There is a flag system along the route to keep you informed too. Those flags are at each mile marker…
Green=good, yellow=caution, red=slow down and race timing has stopped, black=the race is over
