TODAY: Heat and humidity will build back into the state as the day goes on. We should be a few degrees warmer this afternoon than yesterday with highs in the low to mid 80s. Rain chances should stay just to the west of us during the day.
THIS EVENING: Temperatures will stay in the 70s during most of the evening. Again rain chances should hold off during the evening.
OVERNIGHT: Isolated showers and a few thunderstorms are possible after midnight. Lows will drop into the mid 60s.
MONDAY: Scattered strong thunderstorms could fire up as the day wears on. Watch for damaging wind and hail as the biggest threats. Highs will reach the upper 70s to lower 80s.
8-DAY FORECAST: Colder air will return for the middle part of the week. Highs will reach the mid 60s Wednesday and Thursday. Highs will climb back into the mid 70s for next weekend.
