Scattered showers and storms will continue across parts of central Indiana through later this evening.  The steadiest rain is falling now from near Anderson to Marion to Hartford City.  The rain is moving toward Muncie.  The rain chances will end overnight.  Skies will be partly cloudy and it will be cooler.  Forecast lows are in the 60s.  The heat wave is over, with highs in the 80s Friday and Saturday.  90 degree heat returns for the end of the weekend, but rain chances return late weekend and early next week.  We will keep you updated on those rain chances.  More mild air is in the forecast too, with highs in the upper 70s and lower 80s next week.
