TODAY:  Cooler air will slowly work down from the north during the day today.  So while it is warm to start off this morning, temperatures will only go up a little bit during the afternoon.  Highs will top out in the low 80s across most of the area.

THIS EVENING / INDIANS GAME:  Indians have a 7:05 first pitch.  Whether you are going there or anywhere across central Indiana, enjoy the weather.  Temperatures will drop into the 60s!

OVERNIGHT:  It will be a great night to give the AC a rest!  Lows will drop into the low to mid 50s.

TUESDAY:  One last nice day until further notice.  Expect sunshine and pleasant temperatures.  Highs will reach around 80°.

8-DAY FORECAST:  Extreme, and possibly dangerous heat will move in by late week.  Highs will be back in the 90s Wednesday, then close to or over 100° by Thursday and Friday!  Those numbers will challenge record highs for those dates and for the month of June.  The only chance of rain will be Saturday, otherwise, drought conditions will worsen over the week ahead.
