Warmer Temperatures, Spotty Rain Today

RAIN TOTALS SATURDAY:  Some places got a very good soaking, others saw little or no rain.  Here is a map of some totals and estimates.  The area reservoirs look like they did not tap into the heavier rain.

    

SUNDAY WEATHER…SPOTTY THUNDERSHOWERS, SLIGHTLY WARMER:  Spotty showers and thunderstorms are possible again today as a weather system slowly departs from the region.  Temperatures will climb to the low 90s in most places.

  

INDIANS GAME TODAY:  First pitch is at 1:15.  Temps will start in the 80s and climb to around 90°  There is a slight chance of a thundershower.

THIS EVENING:  Rain chances should go away this evening.  Temperatures will slowly fall into the 70s.

OVERNIGHT: Lows tonight will drop into the low 70s.

MONDAY:  Rain chances look to go away, and hotter air will build in.  Highs will climb back into the mid 90s.

8-DAY FORECAST: The next chance of rain will hold off until late Wednesday.  The big story for this week will be hot temperatures.  Highs will climb into the upper 90s by Tuesday, and then again by next weekend.
