SEVERE THREAT TONIGHT: Most of the viewing area is under a Slight Risk for severe thunderstorms overnight tonight. Damaging Wind, Isolated Tornadoes, and Flooding are the biggest threats. Stay with us overnight tonight as will keep you ahead of the severe weather on-air and online.
THIS EVENING: There may be a stray thunderstorm here and there in the evening hours, but most of the severe weather threat will take place after midnight.
OVERNIGHT: The leading edge of the line of the storms will provide the biggest threats for severe weather. That is where the damaging wind and the isolated tornadoes could spin up. Heavy rains will come along the line and could cause some flooding. The leading edge will enter the state around midnight, then enter central Indiana around 2-3am, then eastern Indiana around 5am.
WEDNESDAY: Scattered rain will continue early in the day, then cold air will rush into the state during the afternoon, and we could see snow showers by the evening.
8-DAY FORECAST: Cold air and flurried will linger Thursday. We may see some snow showers as well. We may see light snow Saturday as well.
