Wintry Mix Stays SouthFebruary 13th, 2013 at 4:49 am by Randy Ollis under Weather
Light rain possibly mixed with snow will stay south of I-70 this morning. No accumulation is expected. Morning clouds should give way to some afternoon sunshine. Highs will climb into the middle 40s.
Thursday will be a windy and milder day with partly sunny skies. Highs will approach 50 degrees with a gusty southwest wind. Better enjoy as much colder air will arrive for Friday and the weekend. There will be some flurries and snow showers.
Next week still looks like a very active one. Two storms may affect the region. The first one arrives late Monday with a wintry mix changing to all snow on Tuesday. The second storm should move in late Thursday and Friday.
