Rain Is Starting To Move OutOctober 6th, 2013 at 3:10 pm by Pamela Gardner under Weather
The eastern half of Indiana continues to see steady rainfall and drizzle. The heaviest rain is near Muncie. The showers are moving to the northeast. The western half of the state is drying out and starting to become sunny near the Illinois, Indiana border.
A Flash Flood Watch continues until late tonight for a few eastern counties. Anywhere from 1″ to 4″ of rain has fallen across the state. The higher rain totals are south and east of Indy.
The rain slowly ends this evening, and temperatures will be chilly in the 50s to lower 60s in western Indiana. The temps will depend on how much sunshine can break through.
