Ready for the weekend, but showers on the way

Are you ready for the weekend? Well, if you have plans on Saturday, it will likely be chilly and soggy. But things improve by Sunday!

Clouds will be on the increase, but temperatures will be able to drop into the mid 40s before clouds limit further cooling. Showers will move in after midnight and hang around into the morning. Low near 44.

Showers will remain in place for much of the first half of Saturday. Though showers will begin to taper off by midday, clouds will linger. Though there may be some breaks in the clouds in early afternoon, more clouds will roll in late Saturday. Highs will be stubborn to warm up, in the mid 50s.

Most of the clouds will have moved on by Sunday morning, allowing lots of sunshine for most of the day. This will allow highs to return to the low 60s. Partly cloudy skies will continue through the afternoon and evening, but temperatures will drop quickly into the evening by gametime.

Another brief chance for showers on MOnday with mild temperatures remaining. Highs in the low 60s.

MUCH cooler air rolls in late Tuesday, and temperatures will tumble. Expect highs in the upper 40s to low 50s, with overnight lows in the 30s, and many locations dipping below freezing. Rain chances also stick around through the end of the week.
