After the rainy system that may bring a chance for a wintry mix to northern Indiana, even colder air will settle into Indiana. Rain chances also diminish for the remainder of the week and overnight lows will drop below freezing most nights.
Rain will continue overnight, and may mix with a little snow before daybreak, especially north of the Indy metro area. Little to no accumulation is expected. Lows near freezing.
Despite the chance of a few flurries before daybreak, a dry day is expected. Clouds will stick around through morning, but some sunshine may be possible during the afternoon. Temperatures will remain chilly with highs in the upper 40s. Lows will be near 30.
Thursday and Friday:
Partly cloudy skies continue through the end of the week with highs in the mid to upper 40s. Overnight lows will be below freezing in the upper 20s and 30s.
More partly cloudy days but temperatures will be slightly warmer. Even with highs in the low to mid 50s, temperatures will be below average. Overnight lows will be in the mid to upper 30s.
