Another weak system may bring a chance for flurries early Thursday morning. Cold air will remain in place through the rest of this week. Some slightly warmer temperatures are expected for Saturday, bu will be brief as cold air returns on Sunday. Next week’s pattern looks like more of a Spring pattern than a Winter pattern.
There may be a few snowflakes mixed in with brief light rain showers that have speckled the radar this evening. Most of those will roll east and partly cloudy skies are expected overnight. Lows near 30. A Freeze Warning is in effect for counties from Indy east and south.
A weak shortwave may roll through central Indiana early Thursday morning, and while moisture looks limited, a few flurries or sprinkles may be possible for early morning through midday. After that, partly cloudy skies will stay in place with highs stuck in the mid 40s. Lows in the upper 20s.
Partly cloudy and continued chilly. Highs in the upper 40s with lows in the upper 30s.
Slightly warmer air arrives on Saturday and temperatures will warm into the mid 50s. Partly cloudy skies will continue but cold air arrives on Sunday with highs barely making it to 50 degrees.
The 60s return with a chance for showers beginning on Tuesday. overnight lows will be very mild, in the 50s.
