Building WarmthOctober 26th, 2013 at 7:03 pm by Pamela Gardner under Weather
We had a windy day. The highest wind gust in Indianapolis today was 31 mph. Wind speeds have dropped a bit, now between 5 and 15 mph.
Temperatures are in the 50s for everyone. This evening is chilly with temps in the 40s. Tonight we bottom out in the upper 20s and lower 30s…it will once again be frosty. Sunday’s high temps reach the mid to upper 50s with full sunshine.
The warmer temperatures build as we head into Monday and Tuesday. Highs will be in the low to mid 60s for a good part of the work-week. A potent system moves in late Tuesday through Wednesday and into early Thursday, bringing widespread rain and storms. Halloween looks soggy to start, but by trick-or-treating time the rain should be out of the state. Stay tuned because the timing of this system isn’t fixed so things could change.
