Warm this week, but rain and storms on the wayOctober 28th, 2013 at 6:33 pm by Robb Ellis under Weather
A more Spring-like pattern emerges this week, with warmer temperatures and a chance for showers and thunderstorms. It also looks like the Halloween forecast will include wet weather, but mild temperatures.
Not as chilly as the last few nights, with mostly clear skies and lows near 40.
Temperatures again return to the low 60s, with plenty of sunshine expected in the morning. Clouds will increase throughout the day, with mostly cloudy skies possible by the afternoon. Rain chances look to hold off until much later Tuesday night, but a few locations to the south and west could see showers in the late evening. Lows in the low 50s.
Rain will continue throughout the day, but we may get a break during the evening. Highs will approach 70 even though clouds will remain in place for most of the day. Overnight lows will be mild as well, likely holding in the mid 50s.
Rain looks like for most of the day, continue into the evening. While temperatures will be mild (in the mid 60s) we’ll still watch for the possibility of thunderstorms during the afternoon. The best chance appears to remain south of Indiana, but we’ll watch carefully for any chances that the system could bring severe weather to central Indiana.
Friday through next week:
Cooler temperatures return with highs in the 50s and lows returning to the 30s. Partly cloudy skies are expected, with a chance of rain on Saturday.
