Afternoon UpdateOctober 30th, 2013 at 12:46 pm by Pamela Gardner under Weather
Temperatures are stuck in the 50s in central Indiana thanks to the thick fog and stratus clouds. Visibility is still low in many places. A warm front continues to lift northward and we will warm up to the 60s later today. Expect more scattered showers and t-storms this afternoon.
Halloween will be warm, windy and stormy. There is a slight risk for severe storms during the trick-or-treat times. Stay tuned for updates on this developing system.
