Sunday Snow & IceDecember 7th, 2013 at 10:10 pm by Pamela Gardner under Weather
Temperatures right now are in the teens with wind chill values in the single-digits. The clouds are increasing as our next system moves closer to us from the southwest.
The system arrives by daybreak Sunday, in the form of light snow first. Then warmer air creeps in, changing the snow to a wintry mix. Freezing rain is a possibility in southeastern Indiana. A Winter Weather Advisory goes into effect for the southeastern corner of Indiana from 6am Sunday to 4am Monday. Up to .10″ of ice is possible in the advisory areas through Monday morning. About a dusting to half an inch of snow is possible through Monday morning for all of central Indiana.
