A Few Flurries TodayDecember 17th, 2013 at 4:44 am by Pamela Gardner under Weather
Small waves of light snow push trough today, giving us a chance for a few flurries all day. Freezing fog is also a concern as we approach daybreak. Currently the fog is not a big issue but be aware it could be dense at times out there.
Temperatures are in the 20s this morning with wind chill values in the teens due to a light breeze. Temperatures warm into the lower 30s later this afternoon. Tonight our lows dip into the upper teens and lower 20s thanks to some clearing skies.
Highs on Wednesday get a tad warmer in the mid to upper 30s. Our warming trend continues through Thursday and Friday as highs jump into the 40s. We stay in the 40s through this weekend. Another system moves in Friday through Saturday, with heavy rain Saturday. This will lead to muddy conditions as all the snow will be melted by that time. A rain/snow mix is possible Sunday as temps fall.
