A Slight Warming Trend BeginsDecember 26th, 2013 at 5:20 am by Pamela Gardner under Weather
Temperatures are cold this daybreak in the 20s and lower 30s. A light breeze is making it feel colder than the actual temp. Overnight, some areas in northern Indiana received light snow accumulation & areas of freezing rain/drizzle so that may make the roads a little slick.
This afternoon the clouds decrease and we become mostly sunny. The sunshine sticks around for Friday as well. Temperatures today reach the low to mid 30s.
Lows tonight dip into the lower 20s with mainly clear to partly cloudy skies. Highs on Friday top out in the mid to upper 30s.
Our warming trend continues into Saturday with highs in the low to mid 40s. Sunday’s highs reach the lower 40s early in the day, then our temps fall in the afternoon. Late Sunday we have a chance for light snow. Colder temps return for New Year’s week.
