Next 3 days

If you liked Friday’s temperatures, you’ll love Saturday! Warm temperatures and sunshine will make for a beautiful Saturday in central Indiana, but big changes arrive by late Sunday.

Mostly clear skies would normally lead to a cold night, but southwest winds will continue overnight and keep temperatures from dropping as low as the previous nights. Lows in the upper 20s.

Sunshine and southwest winds make for a very warm day across central Indiana! Highs will reach the upper 40s to low 50s for most of the area. A few clouds may move in just before sunset. Lows will also be mild, near freezing.

Despite a warm start (temps in the 30s) sunshine in the early part of the day will lead to highs again in the low 40s. But a cold front will push through by late afternoon and evening and drop temperatures, along with a rain or snow mix. Lows in the upper 10s.

Next week:
The cold air invades and sticks around for the end of 2013 and beginning of 2014. Highs will stay in the 20s and lows will be in the single digits to low 10s.
