Warmer temperatures are almost here, but melting and heavy rain may lead to some flood concerns.
Scattered snow showers mixed with rain or sleet. Temperatures holding near freezing, or warming slightly overnight.
Temperatures steadily warm through the day, approaching 40 by afternoon. Wintry mix in the morning will change to all rain by afternoon. Heavy rain arrives late in the day and could lead to some minor flooding. Melting snow, along with snow blocking storm drains will lead to street flooding and ponding on roadways. Lows in the mid 30s.
Rain wraps up on Saturday morning as temperatures hold in the upper 30s and low 40s. Mostly cloudy skies are expected through the afternoon though a few peaks of sunshine could be possible.
Highs continue to reach into the 40s, but just barely. Mostly cloudy skies will continue with lows in the mid 20s.
Highs cool down again, coming out of the 40s on Monday and staying int he 30s through the remainder of next week. A few snow chances return on Tuesday and Friday of next week.
