Ready for colder temperatures to return? We’ll see a shot of cold air for Wednesday with several chances of snow.
Colder temperatures arrive tonight, in the wake of the wet, wintry mix that moved through this evening. Clouds will clear out briefly and lows will drop into the low 20s.
With stiff northwest winds continuing to bring in colder air, temperatures will stay in the 20s. Snow chances will return by morning, but amounts will likely not be more than a dusting. Expect flurries through the day. Highs in the mid 20s, lows in the 10s.
Thursday:Temperatures will move to the mid 30s for daytime highs, but another weak system will bring the possibility snow again for Thursday. Some models suggest as much as an inch of snow could be possible, with highest amounts likely remaining north of Indy. Lows in the 10s.
Cold returns with highs stuck in the low to mid 20s. Another chance for snow remains in the forecast for Friday. Overnight lows will be very cold, likely in the single digits by Saturday morning.
The weekend will start cold, with a chance for snow and highs in the mid 20s for Saturday. Temperatures warm into the mid 30s by Sunday and finally snow chances diminish. Lows will be in the low 20s.
A quieter pattern, but there is still the possibility of snow on Tuesday. Temperatures continue the roller coaster with 40s on Monday and 20s on Tuesday
