Ready for a break from the snow? Well, you’ll have to wait until after Saturday. Several snowy systems will continue to roll through central Indiana over the next 48 hours. Some accumulation will be likely on Saturday.
Scattered snow showers, but little accumulation. Temperatures will remain mild for a few hours this evening before dropping overnight dramatically to around 10 degrees.
More scattered snow showers, especially in the afternoon. Highs in the upper 10s. Little accumulation, between .5″ and 1″ Lows around 9 degrees.
Another clipper system will arrive on Saturday midday and continue through the evening. Snow amounts between 2 and 3″ could be possible, with highest amounts north and east of Indy. Highs will warm to near 30 degrees with lows in the mid 10s.
Sunday and Monday:
A break from the snowy systems with partly cloudy to mostly sunny skies. Highs between 30 and 35 degrees. Lows on Sunday night will be around 20 degrees, but very cold air arrives late Monday and drops temperatures into the single digits.
Very cold air arrives along with another round of snow showers. Highs will be in the 10s for Tuesday and Wednesday. Lows in the single digits to near 0.
