A Bitter Cold DayJanuary 23rd, 2014 at 5:11 am by Randy Ollis under Weather
A wind chill advisory is in effect until noon Friday. Temperatures this morning are once again at or below zero with wind chills in the -15 to -25 range. Highs will only be in the single digits along with a few flurries.
Friday will be a windy and cold day with a gusty southwest wind. Highs will climb into the upper teens. A cold front will bring snow showers Friday night into early Saturday. Right now it appears 1″-3″ of snow may fall Friday night. More snow showers will move in Sunday afternoon.
Bitter cold air will move in for much of next week. Low temperatures by Tuesday and Wednesday morning may be as low as -10 to -12.
