The Storm Prediction Center has issued a moderate risk for severe weather just south of Indiana. The southern half of Indiana has a slight risk for severe storms, that area has been extended farther west. The timing for the severe storms is between 4pm and 8pm for Indianapolis. The latest forecast model shows that storms will be moving into Indianapolis around 7pm.
Storms are already bubbling up across the state. These are not severe.
