A Windy DayFebruary 21st, 2014 at 5:28 am by Pamela Gardner under Colts Forecast, Weather
Sustained winds are between 15 and 25 mph in many spots this morning. Wind gusts are between 20 and 35 mph. A wind advisory continues for all of central Indiana until 7pm tonight. Sustained winds all day will be between 20 and 30 mph with wind gusts up to 45 mph.
Temperatures have cooled to the 30s. Today’s highs don’t warm up much at all-in the upper 30s and lower 40s. Tonight’s lows dip to the upper 20s and lower 30s.
Saturday’s temps will be warmer in the 40s and lower 50s with partly cloudy skies. On Sunday our temps cool off to highs in the mid 30s. There is a system that will push through Indiana Sunday-that may give us some minor snow accumulation. Our weather pattern changes back to more arctic airflow for next week. At the coldest point of next week (Thursday), highs will be in the teens and lows in the single-digits.
