We stay dry this evening. Temperatures are in the 50s for everyone. Tonight we dip into the lower 40s and the clouds increase ahead of the rain.
A rain-maker is gathering moisture to our south. The system moves northward into Indiana by daybreak Monday according to Forecast 8 Futurecast. The rain spreads into northern Indiana by noon. The entire day will be soggy with also a chance for thunderstorms. We don’t expect anything severe but the storms could produce small hail, gusty wind, heavy rain, lightning and thunder. Rainfall potential through daybreak Tuesday is half an inch to 1″ of rain.
Temps stay chilly for Monday with highs only topping off in the lower 50s. On Tuesday we dry out, but stay cool with highs in the lower 50s again. Warmer temps return for the end of the week.
