A Fabulous Easter WeekendApril 18th, 2014 at 7:07 am by Pamela Gardner under Colts Forecast, Weather
We are warmer this morning with temps in the lower 40s and upper 30s. We are on our way to highs again in the low to mid 60s under a partly sunny sky.
A weak cold front is moving into the state now. A few sprinkles are showing up on Forecast 8 Storm Tracker. As the front moves into central Indiana, it will keep weakening (running into drier air) so we will keep the forecast mostly dry with an increase in clouds as the front moves through this afternoon. Tonight we clear out again and lows dip into the lower 40s.
Temps keep going up as we get into the weekend. Saturday’s highs reach the mid 60s. Easter Sunday is perfect and dry for your Easter egg hunts and church services-highs in the lower 70s.
The extended forecast remains warm with temps in the 60s and 70s. Scattered thunderstorms move through late Monday. Another round of rain enters the forecast for next Friday.
Indy Eleven Forecast: The Indy Eleven match begins at 7:30pm Saturday at Carroll Stadium. Temps will be in the lower 60s and in the upper 50s by the time the match ends. Catch the game on MyINDY-TV 23 if you aren’t able to attend.
