Scattered Light Rain Moves Out, Cooler Air Moves In

TODAY:  Scattered showers from overnight will give way to some sunshine today, and some cooler air along with it.  After seeing several days in the 70s, a chilly NW wind will keep highs in the lower 60s.

THIS EVENING:  If you are going for a run or have practice for the kids, it will be cool with temps in the 50s.  Skies should be mainly clear.

PATCHY FROST OVERNIGHT?:  We could see some patchy frost overnight as we will have clear skies, little wind and cool air .  Lows will drop into the mid to upper 30s.

COOLER WEDNESDAY:  The core of the cooler air will arrive Wednesday, so that means highs will only reach the upper 50s to lower 60s, but we should see plenty of sunshine.

8-DAY FORECAST…UNSETTLED WEATHER AHEAD:  Temps will warm up by late week, but another cold front will arrive in time for the weekend.  Highs will cool into the 60s Saturday and Sunday.  Then an upper-level storm system will park over the region for early next week.  This means a pool of cool air and daily chances of scattered showers and thunderstorms mainly in the afternoon and evening hours.
